What we collect
- Your plan request: your name, email, website and the answers you give in the plan questions.
- Your website’s public pages: when you scan a site we read its public home page and sitemap, the same way a search engine does. We never need, ask for or store access to your website.
- Payments: handled by PayPal. We see your name, email and payment status, never your card or bank details.
- Usage: a first-party cookie (
bl_src, kept 90 days) records which link or site brought you to us, and we count visits and steps in the plan form. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies. Your browser may keep your unfinished plan answers so you can pick up where you left off; they’re deleted when you send them.
How we use it
- To build and send your plan, run your account and dashboard, and answer you.
- To send emails about your plan and a short series of tips. You can unsubscribe from the tips at any time with the link in each email.
- To understand which pages and channels work, in totals only.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with publishers beyond what an article needs: your website address and the page it links to.
Who processes it for us
Our web host (the site runs on our own server), Cloudflare (security and analytics), Google Workspace (email), MailerLite (email delivery), PayPal (payments) and AI providers we use to research and write (your public website content and plan answers, not payment details).
How long we keep it
Plan requests that don’t become customers are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept while you’re a customer and for as long as tax and accounting rules require after that.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop all emails. We reply within 30 days.
