Two different products
Outrank is mainly a content tool. It writes and publishes articles on your blog, and its backlink feature places your link in other members’ articles. BuyLinks.ai doesn’t write for your blog. We write articles for other publishers’ sites and place your link there. Many people will find one suits them far better than the other.

When Outrank is the better choice
- You need blog content in volume. 30 articles a month for $99 is far more content than we provide. We don’t write posts for your own site at all.
- Your budget is under $199 a month. Outrank’s $99 plan, or $999 a year, costs less than our cheapest plan.
- You’re comfortable with a link exchange. If you accept the trade-offs of earning links by hosting links, Outrank’s model is automatic and cheap.
- You run many sites. Outrank discounts from 10% to 20% for 2 to 25 sites.
- You want a free trial. Outrank lets you see keyword research and article generation before you pay.
When BuyLinks fits better
- You don’t want a link exchange. Google’s spam policies list “excessive link exchanges” as an example of link spam. We don’t use exchanges or networks. We buy placements on individual sites you’ve approved.
- You want to see every site first. Your list shows each publisher, its grade and why we chose it. About 1 in 7 sites in our database of 199,791 publishers pass our checks.
- You don’t want to connect your website. We never need access to your site.
- You want simple cancelling. Your plan is a PayPal subscription, so you can cancel it in PayPal yourself. Some Outrank reviewers on Trustpilot, where it scores 3.8 from 96 reviews, describe trouble cancelling, for example Tal Weiss (13 October 2026): “it billed me 99 dollars without any asking.”
- You want indexing covered. A placement not indexed by Google within 30 days is replaced.

Is BuyLinks.ai cheaper than Outrank?
No. Outrank starts at $99 a month and we start at $199. They buy different things: Outrank sells content plus exchange links, and we sell placements on approved sites with written articles.
Can I use both?
Yes. Some people may want Outrank for blog content and a separate service for links. If you do, consider whether you want the backlink exchange switched on.
Do you need access to my website?
No. We never ask for a login. Outrank publishes to your site through integrations, so it does.
