Our method

How we get you found on Google and named by AI assistants

Eight steps we run for every client, every month. Links are part of it. So are the questions your customers ask, the sites search engines already trust, and the small fixes that make your own site easy to read.

1. Map the questions, not just the keywords

We list the 25 to 75 questions your buyers actually ask (the number depends on your plan), from your search data, “People also ask”, forums and competitor pages. Each one is matched to a page you already have, with an honest estimate of how hard it is and how long it usually takes. If no page fits, we tell you, instead of buying a link to a weak page.

2. Check where you show up today

We ask every question in ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers, Perplexity and Gemini, and record whether you’re named, whether you’re linked, which competitors are named and which websites the answers rely on. That’s your starting point, and it shows us the kinds of sites that already carry weight in your market.

3. Fix what stops search engines and AI from reading you

We check crawler access (many sites block AI search crawlers by accident), indexing, your business details and structured data, author information, page speed, and whether your key pages answer questions directly. You get a short, plain list of fixes for your web team. Try the free version of this check.

4. Pick sites real readers trust

Every publisher is graded A, B or C, and you see our reason for each one before anything is bought. What matters most: the site’s topic matches your page, it has real readers and steady traffic through Google’s recent updates, it has real editorial standards, and its articles get indexed. Domain scores like DR are only a tie-breaker. About 1 in 7 sites in our database pass. How we vet sites.

5. Put your name in the story, not just a link

Every article names your business in a sentence that says what you do and where. Search engines and AI assistants learn which businesses belong to which topics from these mentions. Where it fits, we also go after mentions in roundups, local news and industry articles.

6. Keep the link text natural

Most links use your brand name, your web address or natural wording. Exact-match sales phrases are rare. One link per article, never in footers or author bios, and every link’s label (sponsored, nofollow or editorial) is stated before purchase.

7. Grow at a steady pace

We start with a few placements a month and grow gradually, the way a business earns attention naturally. No sudden spikes, no networks, no link swaps.

8. Measure, report and adjust every month

Every link is checked monthly for 12 months: still live, still labelled as promised, still indexed. Removed links are replaced free. Each month we re-ask your questions, report what changed in your dashboard, and steer next month’s picks toward what’s working.

What we never do

  • Promise rankings or AI mentions. Nobody honest can.
  • Use link networks, link swaps, hidden text or fake reviews.
  • Post on forums or review sites pretending to be customers.
  • Ask for access to your website.
